For and in consideration of being allowed to enter and participate in one or more events to be held at the NC Ranch and to participate in any other roping, rodeo or livestock related event held by the released parties named herein below on the property, whether a scheduled contest event or merely practice, and in addition to any application, entry fee and/or cattle charge, The undersigned, or their agent, partner, representative who undertakes to enter him, hereby agree and covenant with Nino Ciccone, Michelle S. Ciccone (hereafter called "released Parties"), children and descendants of Released parties and their respective spouses, and all other partnership or other business entities  in which Nino Ciccone and/or Michelle S. Ciccone have an ownership interest the the undersigned will forever refrain from instituting, prosecuting, or in any way participating in any claim, demand, action, cause of action, or suite of whatever kind or nature, against said Released Parties, or any other, on account of any personal injuries to, or death of any of the undersigned, or damage or loss of use of personal property or equipment, and livestock owned by any of the undersigned, and resulting from or arising out of any of said events.

  This agreement is made for the purpose of inducing the Released Parties to accept the undersigned as a participant on the NC Ranch in any roping, rodeo or livestock related event, whether the participation is in a scheduled contest event or merely practice, and the terms herein are contractual and not merely recital. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.
